so the details that have come out so far in this instance: They met in a bar , went back to her place ,had consensual sex, went to sleep together , had sex twice more the following morning, she calims without a condom, she was stealthed, this was repaorted days later after she recoginzed him as the person in the Higgins case, this incident apparently occurred before the Higgins issue. Straightfoward, I think not , many leaping to conclusions here ahead of actual evidence..
