He has been charged because the police could see enough evidence to charge the guy. Thats how the system works. Thats how the system also worked in the Brittany situation, until it was hijacked by a rogue juror. I agree that it should take it's course. What I don't agree with is the assertions from the misogynists in HC that the accuser is only doing it for money as was Brittany. The same old names pop up whenever there's degrading of women to be had. Shameful stuff.
