I would like to expand my Potash stock holdings which could include KLL. Thats why I read through the announcements but I keep finding anomalies etc that aren't explained. Therefore, I don't trust the information they release which reduces my faith in management to look after shareholders

The anomalies, when viewed in the context of behaviour caused by poorly designed incentives, make sense, which worries me

Also, the minister posing for a picture doesn't mean you have funding. Read the paragraph directly above the picture which states it still needs approval

So why does Mac Bank state they have it? Did KLL mislead Mac Bank and say they have it as its 90% confirmed? I don't know, but as above it fits with poorly designed incentives - not saying this behaviour is occurring only that it fits
