Star should have recourse against all these deplorable actions and obvious conflicts by the NICC, NSW Government, Philip Crawford, Adam Bell, Nicholas Weeks, David Harris and the NSW Gaming and Racing. it is making a complete joke of regulation, the NSW Government and Gaming in NSW?
This is utterly and unequivocally deplorable, a real disaster for a state of NSW bedevilled by a history of NSW INC corruption and now it appears that history is repeating itself.
NSW Gaming Minister David Harris must sack NICC Chief Commissioner Philip Crawford, disband the NICC, disband the Adam Bell Commission of Inquiry, refer Philip Crawford and Adam Bell to the Law Society and the whole sordid affair to ICAC. Harris must also sack Nicholas Weeks as Special Manager.
If the embattled David Harris fails to sack Crawford, NICC, Bell and Weeks and take action against them, he himself could be brought into play by Star.
Star has recourse against the NSW Government for all of this.
