Tell me the cities and suburbs you still own properties and your own predictions of price increase/ decrease and I'll reciprocate. At least then we'll both be putting our pencil cases on the line.
By the way my former properties I expect to halve were at the top end of the market. It always takes the biggest hit and 50% was not unusual in the last bust from 1990-94. Just FYI in case you were too young to remember that bust.
