Desperate for what pencil case owner? I'm sitting on more cash that I could have ever imagined thanks in a great part to the Chinese triple bubble. Lucky I didn't believe the hype either back in 2008 and 2013. But I do now. I did sell some of my portfolio in 2014 to lighten the load but with prices of some of my properties fetching double what they were 2 years ago I dumped the lot earlier this year. I'll never regret this decision. Never. This shit only happens once in a lifetime.
