Calling individual places in cities is near impossible as you know as a fellow property investor. Some places can be hot while others are dead cold.
I'm calling a 5-10% average drop in housing prices in Sydney and Melbourne in 2016 and a 20-30% drop in 2017. But make sure you get your figures off the ABS and not the REIV or Domain lol.
