Most of the 2016 revenue comes from productivity partners and payment is looking very doubtful
They have not been selected for the new vet student loans and won't be able to apply until June 2017
Without the vet fee help figures they would have booked a multi million dollar loss
There seems to have been very little due diligence done on a number of acquisitions.
Possible class action??? Would be interested to see what documents would be uncovered via pre-action discovery
