Lets put some perspective on this.

Every 5,000,000 million shares that get traded are approximately 2% of the total shares on offer.Say 400 million.

over the last 5 months no day has had a trading volume greater than 12 million approx.Average volume is about 2 million thats about 1%.

Todays volume so far is only 4.5,million thats 2% of the total shares on offer, hardly an exodus.Just traders at work.

This share is very tightly held,why? because we can all see the potential upside is greater than the downside.
