I think in this market, being a non-producer and having oil in the ground is a strong advantage. This is particularly so when you have $100m+ plus potentially another $30m+ plus in receivables.
The cost of drilling, labour etc will be low - and by the time you get through more wells, appraisal development etc... today's oil price will be irrelevant. What matters for CVN is not today's oil price, but the oil price in years time - presuming either ROC-1/PS-1 and/or any of the other 63 prospects are commercial.
