I find that claim about yourself impossible to believe given your posting history here, and now on TIE.
You still do not get it - KCN simply does not have the funds to buy back shares and probably will not have any for at least another 12 months given operating costs, royalty payments, a range bound USD POG, costs of mining and capex.
RSK put this resolution on the voting form in order to curry favour with shareholders who hoped to see a higher share price, did not like the CR and hate the bonus payment made to him and the MD. The idea is to get the whole package of items on the agenda to be passed at the AGM, including the remuneration package, by including the popular buy back proposal.
By the way, since you also hold TIE shares (as do I), which you have been promoting on the KCN tread, I suggest you get some understanding of the risks associated with that company, in particular issues with its resource/reserve estimates.
