Am looking to purchase a 2+ bedroom apartment around Abbotsford, South Yarra, would prefer an older building with gas connected under cover parking and high ceilings, not interested in gyms and swimming pools. What could I expect to pay for such a property and importantly what would the Body Corp roughly be. If anyone who is au fait with this area of Melbourne would be delighted if you could give me that information and prognosis for property prices in the next 8 months for that area.
