lets not forget the basics, that SMM have no chance to develop a project
So even if they had won the original decision, they couldnt proceed.
Such it was a waste of the courts time.
They have not even as yet lodged an appeal. the original injunction on exploration was dismissed by Judge brown.
They are asking the appeal court to temporary new injunction pending an appeal, that they havent even lodged said appeal.
