Whetstone had the patent for the capsule so Yowie were forced to deal with him and part of the purchase agreement of the patent was using Whetstone's manufacturing facility which has a capacity of 100m units. I'm sure this could be renegotiated but they will need other factories anyway and maybe a JV with a 3rd party, sharing manufacturing and distribution would be the way to go forward. We'd need lots of money and expertise which the company doesn't have yet.
