CAD's Projects

Let's have a look at CAD's projects shall we? From the annual and quarterly reports:

Lida Valley Project
Subsequent to the year end, the Company relinquished the Lida Valley and Muddy Mountain Projects. All capitalised exploration and evaluation expenditure associated with Lida Valley and Muddy Mountain was fully impaired as at 30 June

Muddy Mountain Project
During the quarter under review, the Company announced that given the exploration results to date the Company has decided to relinquish its Muddy Mountain Project tenures

Scotty’s South Project
The Scotty’s South Project was relinquished on 20 June 2017 and as such, all capitalised exploration and evaluation expenditure associated with the Scotty’s South Project was impaired.

New King Lithium Clay Project
Subsequent to the year end, all capitalised exploration expenses relating to the New King Project was fully impaired.


Now... how many shares were issued to acquire the companies for those projects? Plus the shares issued for capital raisings on these projects. Plus all the options. Billions... Billions is the answer you're looking for. Now all these projects are just being "relinquished". What an absolute joke of a company. Ever notice how the companies they acquired are fellow Perth companies. What a coincidence, sh*t projects gone from one Perth company to another. You'd think if they had any value, they wouldn't be in the hands of Perth penny stocks. Just dilute the crap out of the share register, making sure their mates are well reimbursed as well as their own pockets. Milking the company dry, while continually screwing over share holders. Anyone else agree that this has got to be one of the most dodgiest companies on the market?
