The bushboi is correct, the only rain is a spill over from a hurricane up north. A "wet season " in the centre is a couple of inches in a few hours. All this does if it is a good fall is make the roads impassable for a couple of weeks. The big semis can get bogged to their axles. All the drillers have to do is pack their bags and head to town if the rains come. They could leave their rigs there with someone to mind it till the roads are passable.
