I'm definitely no expert, but it seems to me that with the asset sale (singular because they only sold one thing I believe) and credit raising STO only partially dealt with the debt problem. I am on the sidelines and happy I hold WPL with a small debt, at least less sad than if I'd bought STO as it has fallen but only 10-15% since I last bought.
