Can they run a business?

I have had a bit of a crack at IMU buying in over the past 6 months or so. my opinion on the results etc of what they are doing from a product viewpoint is it's hugely promising. however in the past month I've started to doubt the business capabilities of the company. History is littered with examples of companies with great products that went broke because they couldn't run the business or inventors who never made a cent from patents on what turned out to be highly successful products.....because they couldn't run the business. The decisions made by the CEO and BOD in the last month are a concern- perhaps they need someone running it who has runs on the board with commercialisation and managing a profitable business experience?
