Scott - its a Zombie company at present. No working capital. In default. A simple CR wont do it. It will be a major restructure and I convinced it will be done using preferred shares. Hopefully that buys enough time for the common stock to get to say 0.5 cents (hey that's a bagger from here ain't it) to get out and stay out.
And yet have full support of shareholders per AGM. Guessing no one gives a (blank).
