Some posters have suggested a capital raising may be in the wings. If it is a fait accompli why don't management put in a TH and do one right away rather than whiling the time away? The longer they wait, the lower the share price they will be able to fetch. They could have done one at 10c when the share price was 14c. With it hovering in the 8c region, it will probably be a maximum of 5c. If they keep waiting, share price will probably get to 5c, and we will be having it at 3c. You get the picture.
Are they waiting until a sufficient number of shorts have been accumulated by their chosen broker to help undewrite the raising?
At the moment, our CEO earns over 6% of NWH's market cap in remuneration. His remuneration for 2015 is $1.49million, our market cap is $23.42million. While I am aware this is under review, just had to put it out there. Wow!
