10 year data for CAR-t in CLL published in the lancet (having trouble getting the link in hmmm)
remission at 10years (sic, cure) is unreal, appreciated that CLL is generally less gnarly than AML or DLBCL.
if you want a primer to CAR-t just google it together with LANCET and you'll get everything from haematology to solid organ tumours, to trials, reviews etc etc
looked after a patient in his 40s that just had his second course of CAR-Ts, fingers crossed for a cure
