For those of us who have an interest this was a blatant marketing exercise. I learned nothing, except that I found the body language of the two PhD's very interesting, indeed. On a one to one with either of them they would not gain my confidence or my business. Discomfort and even boredom were obvious.

We did not appreciate your lack of disclosure of this and you lost a lot of our confidence as a result. Do you promise you have learned this lesson and will be open and honest in future.
