Wow, I missed that. I guess those losses must be from the GFC period when all the ING REITs got smashed, and ILF (as INA was then) got smashed the worst.
I don't know anything about accounting but is there any reason why they couldn't carry it all forward? I'm not aware of any limitation on carrying tax losses forward.
