Going through the drive through at Maccas the other day. The teenager at the window looked all confused and surprised when I handed her a $50 note. I asked her "Does anyone use cash anymore?", she replied "No."
Cash is on the way out faster than any of us realise. Contactless payments have mostly replaced cash for the next generation. It won't be long before the only people who are going to be left using cash will be old school plumbers and drug dealers.
