Right, so lets look at the numbers
215m shares issued at $0.0014 for a total of $300,000
$90,000 was conversion of debts to directors as per prospectus
$38,000 to expenses of the offer
$102,000 going to Admin and working capital
That is $230,000 accounted for which leaves what, about $70,000 in free cash for Advent and Cortical.
Now 115m shares issued to contractors in lieu of fees at $0.001, even lower than the SPP. That has to be a positive doesn't it?
