Blackrock just spent $2.6m buying at 19c to maintain it's % holding after the Queens Road Capital raising ($22m)
They have no reason to cap the price (or indeed sell at a loss which Regal seems to want to do when they get involved with a stock) so perhaps the buying from 2.50pm onwards when the price lifted from 16.5c to 18c (in a falling market) is a precursor to excellent news?
