Thanks @benelong I so agree about the consumer industry - it’s like people are becoming increasingly disconnected from reality and it’s getting too much about image. Having said that, I think reality is painful for many. I've had twenty years to come to terms with things about this world that are psychologically difficult to accept. I do think, though, this is the end of a dark time and the beginning of a better and more ethical world.

Not surprised to hear about the pushy pharma reps. My husband founded a software company and they moved into offices vacated by pharmaceutical reps. He found some very revealing documentation about a drug they were intending to push onto doctors they knew hadn’t done well in the clinical trials. I wish he’d kept it!

When SI kept going on about “single dose, durable effect”, I sold out at break even a few years ago because I thought he was naive. I knew the pharma business model was giving repeated drugs that mostly didn’t address the root cause. I bought back in when I saw the wind of change and the common MOA of MSB's platform of targeting inflammation.

I'm grateful for a lot of information and insights from your posts too and I think this one was particularly brilliant 34483155 where you put forward the idea of stem cells as commodities. It wasn’t obvious to me and I do think that’s why the battle has been so ugly.
