Don't forget that they have built Community Centres for the city, roads to connect the community, computers for the kids, sponsored Halloween parties and sporting events etc. etc.

Another quick point. There are historical royalties attached to Centro. But one is over Cipoeira and not Chega Tudo and the other is the other way around. Franco-Nevada has the sliding scale NSR and Rio Tinto had the other but then they handed it over to someone else from memory. Plus another development royalty. Rambling and vague I know but I don't feel like fact checking this arvo.
But what about these announcements! Damn near doubling the value of AVB in the space of a week or so in my opinion! Much reason to be content with management...some hard workers there. Tony Polglase must be putting in huge amounts of time and effort with the happenings at AN and not to mention engaging the public relations at Centro Novo, Maranhao.
