they dont loss money majority of the time ...
they act as a middle man between you and the other person ..
who ever wins ,they take a cut ...
example ... i put $1000 on tesla to go up by 2 percent and the other person disagreed ,so he bet aganist me ...
who ever win .. cfd comapnies get a commission ....
only way cfd companies loss money if they gave me 100x leverage and i lost becuase the stock crash like 20 percent or more, and i cant pay back the diffefence then they need to loss money ....
more trade mean more commissions .. sadly cfd companies will bet aganist you to win ... sometime they dont even need other person to bet aganist you since they know you loss in the long run .. just like sports betting lol or casino...
