The key to this was the response from the company. They identified this as a show that there is interest in what the company is doing - even early in the drilling stage. IMHO PDY will not be seeing this as anything more than a guide and a discussion base at the table. Once drilling recommences and some initial figures come out, then will we see some reasonable offers from the Chinese. (the Chinese figure will probably be used when they knock on the banks door for more cash - nothing like Chinese interest to stir them into action!!)
