If you are transferring shares out of a super fund, you have to do so at market value (though timing can be taken advantage of a little as to what price might be 'chosen').
You can't just transfer shares out of a super fund without an exchange for cash or other consideration. That is the same as taking money out of super, which generally you can't do until you are 55+
