Primary announced that if they get 50.1% acceptances by Tuesday Feb 12, they will make their offer for Symbion unconditional.
They also announced again that the price is "final" which means they cannot increase it.
They currently have almost 47% of total acceptance ( including the 20% they already owned and the so-called Institutional Acceptance Facility, as well as offer acceptances ).
Presumably if the offer become unconditional, the timeframe for payment becomes more certain. This may encourage people to accept, who knows.
