IMO, certain investors would either buy in in the anticipation that deals would be expected to be announced by now or hold until an Ann is released defining whether a deal's to take place or not.

Hence, some will sell out and move on. The selling volume, which I define as trades that result in the SP closing lower, hasn't been grand. So, I don't make too much of this whatsoever in that sense.

Time to figure out are you a bull or a bear towards ESI because IMHO shortly there will be no choice.
