I think the recent buying is knowing there will be another acquisition soon. What revenue will that company bring? If another $1M or even $2M then $1.10 / $1.20 looks achievable.
They take advantage of economies of scale with every new business they buy into.
If after their acquisitions they can show $4M - $5M revenue in the HY report, they will be trying their hardest to make FY21 $10M+.
Having product in 850 Woolies stores will certainly achieve that goal.
