The US markets VIX and DOW theory confirmed on Thursday last week precursor to world market high volatility, downtrend and now the Australian Vix sudden rise yesterday morning changes the situation of being set for uptrend at this stage.
Plus little interest in HC for this post suggests that the title may be incorrect at this time.
Reserving my right for freedom and change for improvement, I think the chart shows signs of the first break for up-trending - volume and % increase- however the timing for uptrending may not be set now.
