The weekly chart is a little more clear.
Not quite the same trend line but close enough. Note also the intersection with major support/resistance line at 14 cents.
Also of note is massive flat top triangle (based on slower trend line) with recent false breakout. The sort of pattern that once breached can lead to massive upward movement.
Not saying it will happen but the underlying technicals look promising.
