It seems as if this is a great story longer term. The stock will move up when directors are able announce contracts and actual deliveries to sites. That is when FLC is able to recognize the revenues. This is taking longer than was originally perceived by some market participants. The sky is not quite the limit for the next 12 months. The need for certification, the China PPP announcement all indicate this will take some time to mature, and yes it will. Specific contract sign, factory deliveries to sites etc are needed. I was recently surprised that the production line was only just being shippped from Israel. Tell me specifically where I am wrong.
