Well I would expect an institutional holder selling 4% of the companies shares to negatively effect the share price. From the release though I actually find it quiet difficult to follow Norges Banks involvement in OZL, but from what I understand its out now.
Regardless, even amongst all this news, OZL is up today, at time of posting, by 0.11% so, its holding fairly well.
