Thanks for the chart @Fos really appreciate it.
The fundamental are all aligned nicely. Projects are being fast tracked. They have a product which addresses one of the biggest killers in the world (kidney, prostate, and brain cancers). And now they have a great team. I believe they are not overally remunerated either. They could quite easily step out of the company and earn much, much more. They do have a fair bit of skin in the game though, meaning they are highly invested in seeing TLX succeed. Definitely don't like it when directors or management do not hold many shares...
