In my opinion only NASA & REN" are the only 2 companies engaged with BRN and we don't know the full extent of their contractual terms and conditions out of over some 100 NDA's out there...... accordingly, imo does not really hit my view of a meaningful commercialisation with a seasoned sale's team on the books .
