I think a very big thing here for any buyer is SPR would be cashflow positive relatively quickly on any restart now they have unlocked the key to the differing gold bearing deposits around the mill...SL is drilling like a crazy man to get the sp up imo to avoid any lowball offer as well as expand the mine life to 10 years...not an easy feat but he's pulling it off with ease atm...the only worry for me and SL(as he stated to me) is some form of market correction or financial market meltdown before he can reach all the company goals and prove up 10years ..he is one smart cookie...
