I agree if you wish to avoid risk and looking at Kalenns spreadsheet it will still be a very good investment at that price if all goes to plan.
Note i'm not arguing against the risk and its reward it's just not for me with large sums. $30,000 is about my limit on specs but will build as risk decreases.
I hope Kalenn makes a motza as it means I will make a little profit as well
I suppose the other thing to consider is putting all your eggs in one basket.
