Escrowed shares need to be counted in the company valuation. Its rubbish to exclude them.
They are not going to disappear.
Hence the true market cap is around $19 million. Good cash balance and good projects so if they were to announce that they are closer to drill ready than it appears i think there would likely be a re-rate.
