Would anyone like to throw a few up and give a simple explanation on their thoughts?
Even a complicated explanation as a Philistine like myself, in this area, will only grasp the basics.
Some may think or say, “ why bother”, with charts on Avb because it has bugger all volume and it has a heart rate like my granny ( a flat line
