If you want to go live in the countryside, you can join likes of Massey, who doesn't get out of bed for less than 1600% pa, AND pays $120pw rent.
3 bed houses are $80k. what a life,
but the young uns mostly don't want a bar of it, and even worse than Japan, living in Tokyo means being closer to a subway = more $. Noone wants the countryside there, even far less than Australians.
They will all want the $15 Latte every morning in 2030 tho. ;-)
