This has been done to death at some point in another thread scroll through and research posts. Not all kavas are equal, noble (produced by FIJ) is a particular quality strain (highest), has a more concentrated strength of kavalactones, lower side effects vs others etc...
noble is also the only strain officially recognised in the codex alimentarius etc...
best thing to do is grab a bottle and try for yourself. I did and so did many others here who have since invested in the company. Coles has their entire supplements range 50% off so great time to buy.
