If you wrapped your driverless car in tinfoil so no radio signal could get in or out, how well would it work? It would go where it was pointed. End of story. A submerged craft would be equally as blind.
Guys, I am not talking about terrestrial communications where we have evolved into ultra high frequency which can carry gigabits/sec data. None of that works underwater. Trust me, it's my trade.
