I read a Buxton Real Estate internal report that said 34% of all its sales were to Chinese nationals. Buxton is a rather large REA selling pre-existing homes in many of Melbourne's eastern suburbs. Anyone who denies that this bubble is foreign investment driven has their head buried in the sand.
Chinese investment is the driver. Australian have to decide if selling their kids future to prop up the bubble is the right thing to do.
