For a complex orebody, they have done pretty well so far. Check their last presentation. Easy copper float with most of the precious metals being recovered with it. More difficult Ni float, but it looks like they will be able to pressure leach the con to make a much sought after intermediate Ni/Co battery product and they have been doing work on leaching and recovering any Ni still in the float tail. If they succeed in reducing the Ni in the tail, that could open up other parts of the orebody to be included in the reserves, so will be a big deal if they can crack it.
I don't believe overall recoveries will be poor, most likely extra capex needed, which I assume they will get a fast payback on in any case, but we shall find out for sure when they release the SStudy.
