I think this alone prompted the UK Parliament into banning Russian PGM metals. The Russians were ruining it all for everyone by dumping their PGM metals because they are desperate to finance their war against Ukraine.

UK interest in the African PGM mines were at risk so they had to do something.

If this is accurate then we have our reason why Chalice SP tanked this year.

But if Chalice were in production now, it would n't have made any difference because Chalice's SS was in the 1st-2nd quartile cost category.
